Ink guide
Ink is the part of a print business that repeats. This guide explains which of our three inks suits your machine, how the monthly supply works, and how fast an order reaches you from our warehouses in Prayagraj (Allahabad) and Varanasi.
We stock three formulations, each batch tested before dispatch. The right one depends on your machine and on where the print will hang.
Our most ordered ink, matched to Konica 512i class heads, filtered and batch tested before it leaves the depot. It is the ink for the 512i C8 and the four head 512i, and it comes CMYK in one litre bottles. See the solvent ink card for the range.
Lower odour, and sharper on vinyl and backlit film. It suits indoor work and anywhere the print sits close to people. See the eco solvent ink card.
CMYK plus white, for the UV flatbed printer and the UV roll to roll printer. White is sold separately because it is consumed at a different rate. See the UV ink card.
Technically you can run ink bought from someone else, but mismatched formulations are the most common reason a printhead dies early, and damage from third party ink is not covered under warranty.
For planning, a 512i C8 uses about one litre of solvent ink per 1,000 square feet of print. We set out the figure that applies to your own machine alongside the quotation. Store ink away from direct heat and sunlight, at a steady room temperature, and keep cleaning fluid on hand for daily head maintenance.
Running out of ink mid job is a scheduling failure, not a purchase decision. The supply cycle is built around that.
Once we know your usual monthly quantity, a reminder arrives on the same date every month and one reply ships it. There is no standing debit and no lock in.
Prayagraj holds the main depot and Varanasi keeps forward stock. Orders placed before noon go out the same afternoon from whichever is closer to you.

The parts that stop a machine are held locally in both warehouses: printheads, damper sets, the capping station, wiper blades, encoder strip, ink pumps and carriage belts. Ordering them from Delhi takes four to nine days, which is the gap the two depots exist to close.
